Isabel has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Isabel has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Isabel.

Isabel has visited an isolated older person during their run 10 times now. It sounds like they've made friends. This is likely to have made a huge difference to the life of the older person. Isolation and loneliness are crippling for many; a friendly face visiting regularly can change someone's whole outlook on life.
