Tonight, 6 GoodGymers were helping MMAA at their allotment, moving heavy beams, paving and stones ready for building work. It was a heavy workout, lifting well over a couple of tonnes of material - but a warm evening and good social chat made the time fly!

Tonight the 6 of us were back at Belle Isle Park, carrying on the thistle and bramble removal from last week. Another lovely evening in the sun, a great task to socialise, see the wonderful nature in the park and get a good little workout!

Tonight I was out helping Mrs L, along with a local rep from her care network, clearing furniture from her bedsit. We removed a sofa and an armchair (after lots of pivoting!) ready for the local council to pick up in the morning. Mrs L now has a lot more space in her home.
Wed 7th May at 6:00pm
Mrs L is in a bedsit which has too much furniture and this will make it possible for her to arrange her space as she wants- it will be transformational!
