Today I was helping Mrs S in the garden, trimming heather bushes where she is unable. A lovely sunny Saturday morning, topped off by the passing of a steam train. Not quite finished in the garden so one more trip to get everything tidy :)

Today the gang were back at the secret garden, helping to clear the community space for all.

We started with a spot of bramble and tree trimming, followed by weeding and seed planting. Great to see the difference after, all the while being supervised by Sasha the cat.

2 GoodGymers ventured into a quiet Exeter to help marshal the Fast Friday City Run. There were 400 runners completing the 10k course with finish times from an amazing 30 minutes upwards. We cheered on our fellow GoodGymer, Laurence who took part.
