Give us an hour, and we’ll give you the world!
Today Lucy and I were out helping Mrs M deal with the overgrowth in the garden. You’ll see from the pictures the weeds had taken over, but fuelled with ice lollies and covered in factor-50, we got the garden looking great and reclaiming the space. Dennis the dog kept us in-check too! The before and after pictures show just what GoodGym can do!
We’ll be back with Mrs M again soon to help with the front garden!

Tonight 5 GoodGymers were at Whipton Lane Allotments, clearing aways weeds for the area to be fully used. Lots of fruit to pick and wildlife to spot - including one little bee taking a nap in a flower. A lovely warm evening, ended with home-made brownies and Kombucha.

This morning, Barry and Craig were helping Exeter City of Literature set up their book market at the cathedral. An early morning start to pack gazebos and weights into the van, before assisting in the creation of a fab looking VR swing area.

Tonight, 6 GoodGymers were helping MMAA at their allotment, moving heavy beams, paving and stones ready for building work. It was a heavy workout, lifting well over a couple of tonnes of material - but a warm evening and good social chat made the time fly!

Good to have a nosy round Laurence's allotment too!
