Crazy Paving

Exeter Report written by Craig Barber (He/him)

Tonight, 6 GoodGymers were helping MMAA at their allotment, moving heavy beams, paving and stones ready for building work. It was a heavy workout, lifting well over a couple of tonnes of material - but a warm evening and good social chat made the time fly!

Pivot!

Exeter Report written by Craig Barber (He/him)

Tonight I was out helping Mrs L, along with a local rep from her care network, clearing furniture from her bedsit. We removed a sofa and an armchair (after lots of pivoting!) ready for the local council to pick up in the morning. Mrs L now has a lot more space in her home.
