We're a group of local residents who run, walk, or cycle to help out community projects and older people in Exeter. From hanging curtains for Mr H because he can't manage it on his own, to shovelling a tonne of compost for the Food Growers Group so they can grow vegetables - every GoodGym session is different.
The area activator for Exeter is Craig Barber.
Area activators support the growth of GoodGym, are passionate about fitness and community, and are here to help us do more.
These brilliant GoodGymers make up the Exeter TaskForce.
The TaskForce supports the operation of GoodGym in Exeter. They manage social media accounts, support on runs, find tasks, support new runners and organise additional events.
GoodGym Exeter group runs are led by these fantastic volunteer run leaders.
GoodGym run leaders have completed the England Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) training.
You can contact GoodGym Exeter's area activator Craig Barber by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
