Four Good Gymers met at Battersea Arts Centre on a not-very-Spring-like Saturday. This mission runs most weekends and now it is a well oiled machine: we picked up the groceries and went off in different directions to deliver them. This simple job means that more carers and carees can join a cook-along on a Saturday evening.

Sam, Danielle and Katie met at Gregg’s in Brixton to collect their leftover goodies - and came away with four bags of sandwiches, pastries, and an incredible number of doughnuts. The doughnuts were surprisingly heavy but with a bit of teamwork they made it safely to their destination where they will be enjoyed by the service users at a prison and homeless outreach service.
