With the dark coming in earlier every day now, our trip to the synagogue garden was limited to the paths around the outside of the main building.

After channeling our inner witches by riding the brooms, the team managed to sweep and clear the paths in no time at all. Dave even got his regular dip in the garden waste bin!

Meanwhile, I hoovered inside the building, and was later joined by Katie who followed me round with the mop.

Mr & Mrs C have a tiny courtyard garden packed out with plants in pots, surrounded by tall shrubs. They needed help cutting down the top branches and neatening the overhang outside the garden wall.

Despite long-handled loppers and the loan of a neighbour's step ladder, I was just too short to make a neat job of it.

It may need to be a repeat visit by a taller GoodGymer!

4 Goodgymers worked with the little squirrels and Beavers from the 48th Scouts to take part in the Great British Beach Clean. Hats, Table legs and lot of tint plastic was saved from the seas! well done all!
