Worth the early start

3 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Portsmouth.

Laura and I brave a silly o'clock alarm call and ran and cycled to the beach to celebrate mid summer. There was a festival atmosphere on the beach with large groups and campfire thank goodness we were in trusty GoodGym branding so we could find each other. Tracey met us in the sea and we saw a glorious sun rise and toasted to the nights now drawing in!!!
