4 Goodgymmers made their way to Wilton Estate to help the community gardeners there prep the beds for the year ahead.

Dan, Suze and Anne trotted over from the London Fields meeting point, while Lobo arrived on bike from another Goodgym task in Tower Hamlets.

The first job was to clear last year's dead foliage from the beds and fork over the soil ready for planting.

Next, the volunteers were set to task on the raised beds. Lobo gladly accepted the surplus spinach on offer and shared his recipe for spinach soup.

After more raking, forking and general clearing, the group declared the task complete but GoodGym will be back to lend a hand again in February.
