2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Worthing.

Belinda left behind her office paper work to help John with his "paper" work. It was a warm day, so by the time they were finished they were both pretty "flushed".
Food and other essential items delivered to three more local families on behalf of the local foodbank.
