Track and weeding
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the South Downs Leisure Charitable trust in Worthing.

Duncan and Gill met at 5:30pm to do a 20 minute pyramid speed session on the track and then they were joined by Ricky to start the weeding at the Worthing Leisure Centre garden.
