To weed or not to weed? That is the question...
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Friends of Cator and Alexandra Parks in Bromley.

Today a bunch of us joined the super friendly friends of Alexandra and Cator Parks for a quick mish to tidy up some of the rose beds.
We grabbed our tools and were instructed to watch out for the new flower growth but aim to cut down and remove some aggressive snowberry plants and pull up the general weeds which suck the nutrients from the soil.
We worked in two areas because a film crew was working in one area of the park and they didn’t want us in the background! We snacked on some biscuits and homemade ginger cake and managed to clear a couple of decent sized areas, including digging out some gnarly roots (see pic), overall helping to keep the main bed plants nourished. Nice work team!
Shout out to Justina for attending her very first GoodGym event and congrats Catherine for reaching 10 good deeds!! 🔥
