The cores on the doors
11 runners ran on a training session in Wandsworth.

For our fitness session today is was all core, core and more core!
Strong abs are really important for running form, and they also prevent injury. So today we did a tabata session that worked various different parts of our core for 20 seconds on, and ten seconds recovery for 4 minutes at a time. It was intense!
Great effort everybody - don't forget the water today. Happy sunshine day!
