Swimming in shifts
6 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Portsmouth.

We had a GoodGym meet-up point on the beach and swam in shifts. Firstly Jen, Tracey and I, while Alice played on the sand with the gift of two animal rubber rings from Tracey.
Jen and Alice left and were replaced by Wilson & Rachel, and then we were joined by Kat whizzing down on her bike to meet us.
