Park Fun on a misty Saturday morning

A whole host of red t shirts were on show at a misty, chilly Saturday morning parkrun in mile end. Runners crossed paths with smiles and waves several times on the looped route and also enthusiastically waving at Good Gym members who were volunteering as marshells and tail walkers.
