Litter trained

Never have we been more excited to get to a litter pick!

11:30 on quite a lovely Sunday, 6 wonderful goodgymers met in one of the local parks ready to get cleaning along the river bank. Recently the riverbanks have become the local hangout for the evenings with bonfires and bbqs. It's a great thing for the mental health of those in lockdown, but has left some rubbish behind.

We met at the parkrun start, (oh how we miss you parkrun) and then meandered the pathways chatting as we went. Catching up on vaccination news, gossip and future plans. The hour just flew by and then it was suddenly time to return to the start and say our goodbyes (for now at least).

There will be plenty more litter picks coming up soon you lovely bunch.
