30 runners ran 4km to help their local community in Lambeth.

31 runners hit Myatt's fields hard last night shifting a couple of tonnes of wood, a massive shelving unit and filling a van chockablock with wood.
We ran the full 1.2km to Myatt's Fields through the Loughborough estate and arrived at this Lambeth idyll bang on time to meet Guy the man from Streetscape who tells us what to do.
"Move all this wood"
He said "Move all this wood", someone said, "let's do it in 40 mins", someone else said "35mins" - we got going, a and got the whole lot done in 25mins.
"tough tough session"
Then it was time for intervals. We did 6 x 40seconds of hard running with 40seconds rest. This is tough tough session, particularly after all that lifting. Every single runner completed it. Nice one everyone.
That left us with a casual glide back to Market Row. Next week it's time to dig. Come and get involved - bring your friends there's going to be loads to do.
