Me and Ed continued our weekly task at St Nicks. Although we did meet Mel and Luke on the way, it was only the two of us for the night. The sky was clear, the weather was perfect, it was ideal conditions for date nigh...

...scything, I mean scything...

...anyway, back to the task! When we got to Heworth Holme, we were told it would be the usual affair of scything, this time clearing large areas of silverweed. The main difference tonight were the many frogs to look out for and hopefully avoid scything! Luckily Eagled Eyed Ed and I were on the case...

"I can't tell if that's a frog or a slug?" Me

"There's a frog...oh no it's a leaf" Ed
