Easter Sunday Junior Park Run…. ☀️
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

On this beautiful Easter Sunday morning 6 Woking GG members carried out various volunteering duties at the 2k junior park run.
Today we had many volunteers this was due to our very own run leader & the face of GG Woking James carrying out run director duties.
It just shows how much support James gets when he is run director as many members from other running clubs within the community sign up to help as he’s an integral park of the running & volunteering organisations in our town.
Without James & the regular GG volunteers it would be very difficult to put on this event.
Also this morning we had Wayne, Anne, Alys, Rebecca, & Adam carrying out marshalling to barcode scanning roles.
In total this morning we had 72 young runners running the 2 laps. We had 22 PB’s and the fastest time was 07:11 🏃🏼♂️ Fantastic running by everyone.
This Wednesday we are at the Foodbank carrying out cleaning tasks Hope to see some of you there. 😄
