DON'T LOOK AT THE CAMERA

We were stars for the night… REAL LIVE STARS… we’ll be on the telly and everything. We’ll probably be edited in slow-mo and they’ll play dead sexy music and the people watching us on the telly box will be moved to tears at how magnificent our running and do-gooding is. We’ll go viral, millions of people will like us on facebook and favourite us on twitter DOING GOOD WHILST RUNNING WILL BE THE NEXT HARLEM SHAKE!!!

OK, maybe i've had too much coffee and ginseng (by ginseng I mean cake) today and have got carried away... but still, having NBC along to film us last night definitely mixed things up a bit.

It was a tough gig though and I’d like to thank you all for your patience. Lots of stopping, starting, re-running, staying on the left, not looking at the camera… and the whole non-swearing thing meant I concentrated so hard I developed a massive tension headache. Had to have a little lie down when I got home didn’t I.

Anyway, despite all of this, you wonderful people managed to run 4 miles, shift some serious wood to complete the task that Guy had for us at Myatt’s field and do some lovely circuits… all whilst looking sexy as hell.

Unfortunately I was concentrating so hard on suppressing my Cornish potty mouth I forgot to take photos, so here instead is a lovely one from Race The Train.
