Capri-Done!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Lucy and I met at 8am (it felt earlier) outside Mr Gs place. Mr Gs partner seemed very pleased to see us and showed us what needed doing.
Mr G has a new bed arriving so it was our job to move the old one into a storage room down the corridor. The bed was in two parts and very light so we quickly moved it and had the whole task done in just 13 minutes!
Mr Gs partner was very happy, and she gave us both a Capri-Sun which we were very grateful for as it was such a warm morning and the heating was on full!
We said goodbye and headed off to work, drinking our Orange flavoured juice drink.
