One chilly Saturday afternoon, 3 bears walked into a beneficiary's house to move a cabinet. On seeing the cabinet, one bear thought the task was too easy, one thought that it was too hard and one thought it was just about possible.

They had entered the house by navigating a maze of flats and cracking the security on the door. Before they'd entered, they peered through the windows and thought that Mrs P might be out which would be a second no-show of the day for the bears who'd travelled the furthest. Luckily Mrs P was home and was able to explain to them what to do with the items stacked on and around the cabinet.

The cabinet too was a trio, with an upstairs, a downstairs, plus a single floor extension off to the side. While 2 bears tried to see how the cabinet would come apart, the third went to scout the destination. On the way, they found a stairlift on a narrow staircase that would block their path. To make space for the moving job, the third bear rode it like they stole it to the top of the stairs. On the floor above they found a room that was half filled with a bed and the other half looked big enough to fit the cabinet, or so they guessed.

The bears removed the top section (which was pretty darn heavy) and staggered forward until they could place it on the floor. It was clear that it wouldn't go up the stairs in its current orientation, which meant that they needed to flip it up onto its side. With a bit of muscle they made it, the only problems were the hanging glass pendant lights and that they forgot to remove the glass shelves which clattered off their mounts. Luckily the shelves were toughened glass... phew!

Once the bears reached the stairs they hit another snag. The unit wouldn't go around the corner, so one smart bear had the idea to bump it up the stairs until they had more space to rotate the unit around the corner. After a lot of lifting and getting squashed, it was finally in position to be pushed up the stairs and into the spare room. After the first piece, the second and third were luckily much easier.

Once the mission was complete, Mrs P thanked them and the 3 bears ran off into the distance, back to their homes.
