300 + 200 = 500 lots of volunteering!

It was a special event at today's Pitshanger Junior Parkrun. Run director, David, and regular volunteer, Karen, celebrated their 300th and 200th volunteering roles - amazing, congratulations! That meant cake. We now know how to keep the junior runners moving swiftly through the funnel and scanning areas (...cake)!

Two of our fantastic four GoodGymers, Alan and Michelle, had taken part in the Osterley Park 10k yesterday. Despite the sore legs, they still came along today to help out - sooper dooper commitment! Madhan and Harvey, themselves off the back of busy Satrudays, made up the rest of the team.
