08:45 - 10:30We've decided to stay local for this month's parkrun "tourism" and are heading to York.
Martin is hoping to run his first parkrun so it would be brilliant to have a big GoodGym crowd to welcome him.
It's also the day before the York marathon/10 mile so this could be a good warm up.
After parkrun, we'll be heading to The Ackhorne for a delicious breakfast (veggie option available).

We meet in the conference room of York CVS. The door to the conference rooms is around to the right of the main entrance and the Denham Room is the very first room on the right as you enter.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
