In an hour and a half Lindsay and I managed to weed and trim around 13 trees in Holgate Community Garden, closely watched by a black cat who was inspecting our progress. We also met the park inspector who was doing his weekly rounds. By the time we finished the earth circles around the trees were visable again and clear and tidy again ready for bulbs to be planted.
