Walk/Run to 61FC for a clubhouse deep clean

This week we'll be visiting 61FC for an indoor deep-clean of the clubhouse, we'll get scrubbing for a bit before heading back into town and with the luxury of being indoors an indoors fitness session is on the cards!
We meet up at 6:45 in the Galaxy, at the bottom of the stairs where we say hi to eachother and warm up for the run.
Walkers are welcome most weeks if the distance to the task isn't too far. We might send you off a bit early so we arrive at similar times.
Bikers are welcome too but make sure you've got lights and are happy riding in the road when we're not on cycle paths.
