Undercliff cycle

Hop on yer bike for our first ever Brighton GoodGym cycle session!

Location
Brighton Undercliff Walk
Brighton
BN2 7HG
Date and time
11:00 - 12:45
Saturday, 15th of April 2023

We'll meet on bikes in front of Brighton pier at 11am, and catch the beach-side cycle path traveling east to the Undercliff Walk. We'll take a leisurely and friendly pace along the path to its end and back, and reward ourselves with a treat at one of the local cafes along the way.

If conditions on the path are bad (sometimes waves can crash over the side at high tide and windy conditions), or it's too crowded with pedestrians, we'll take the path atop the cliff.

Don't you have a bike? Brighton & Hove Council has just relaunched its bike sharing scheme!

So, there is indeed a Beryl bike bay right at the pier, although worth keeping in mind there may be limited supply on a Saturday. The website says how many are available at each bay, so you could always check first, and of course there are other bays in the area.

For all things bike hire, check out the Beryl website! https://beryl.cc/scheme/brighton

Note that the map does not accurately depict where we'll meet or even where we're going! Meet at Brighton Pier.
