Mission

Treedom Freedom in Hither Green!!🌳

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

  • Monica Charlery-Cazaubon
  • Samuel Tucker

Saturday, 23rd of September 2017

We arrived, before we had a chance to knock the door it was opened by Ms. C! She recognised Samuel who had completed a mission there before. Ms. C wanted the weeds from the front and back garden removed. And the tree in her front garden cut down. We got to work on the front garden tackling the tree first, with shears to chop down the branches, and a saw for the trunk. We made light work of the front garden, when we had finished Ms. C told us how she will use the garden now. She intends plant some flowers as we uncovered a flower bed, and put chairs out too. Ms. C really liked what we had done.
