The concept Each person attending will gain a sticker to place on a loyalty card ( made by our very own Steph) - count them up and the top three attendees for the year are on the podium.

Sticker rules To gain a sticker you can come to the parkrun to the breakfast or to both. At the parkrun you can join in (run, walk ,volunteer (parkrun always require volunteeres) cheerlead), take photos etc). The cafe will be chosen a week before by poll using a winner stays in technique.

The twist Each month there will also be an undisclosed category that is up for grabs.

The results All results will be revealed at December party so no matter what month its worth joining up.

January extra You may want to use this session to consider a goal you want to achieve this could be related to sticker day, activity, cafes lterally anything - feel free to share or keep under wraps but know that on sticker day and on every other day we will support each other.....

The meeting point We will meet at the ping pong tables Princes Park at 08:45 look for the Goodgym banner and t shirts . Cafe to be announced
