For some odd reason I have always been able to hold a plank for an above average time. Not sure why, I wish I had the six pack to justify it but mines more like a Watneys Party Seven (apologies to younger members who probably have no idea what that is)

So here's the challenge.. assume a plank position, hands together in a triangle in front of you face, legs straight back and feet together, keep your back straight and support your weight on your forearms and toes only, then start the watch..... see how close you can get to 100 seconds, hence plank "ton". Have a go once a day for a week and post your best time on the Leicester members face book page, if you go past 100 seconds that's fine, bar of chocolate for the best guy and girl.
