GoodGym Greenwich is the best way to get fit in South East London. We meet together and run to places across the Borough where we help someone with a physical task they couldn't do on their own. It's great- we get fit and others benefit from the energy we burn. Come and join in- everyone's welcome.

Come along and join us for a run.

This week we are helping Ahoy! A charity changing young people's lives through sailing and rowing Find out more here. We are going to be putting up posters, flyers and community centres at venues across Greenwich.

Meet at 6.45pm for a 7pm Start at the archway going through to the Courtyard at the Queen Anne Building

Greenwich

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

7km total distance

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
