Lift and shift at Surrey Quays Community Garden (PNK)

We're aiming to invite GoodGym every third Sunday of the month to help with some tasks we find hard to manage with our small number of regular members. Namely, some lifting and shifting and more intense tasks. We often have construction materials to move, rubble to get rid of, soil to dig and fences to erect. Some strong hands make this lighter work and we are very grateful as it allows members to focus on growing veg and the children to play and paint.

Of course, you are always welcome if weeding or sowing is more your thing!

There's a Co-op, cafes, Southwark Park and a Macdonalds nearby for any refreshments or services so it's a convenient place to spend a few hours on a Sunday.
