Welcome to GoodGym Bexley!

We're a friendly and sociable group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every Wednesday evening to get active and do a physical task to help the community organisations and charities in our area.

The task

Join us to pop leaflets through letterboxes, promoting the Community Hospice's Mini Marathon event next month.

Leafleting is a a great opportunity to boost your step-count for the day, all the while chatting and helping a fantastic local charity.

New to GoodGym? This is the ideal task for you. Bring yourself, bring a friend and let's have a good time.

We recommend wearing gloves ๐Ÿงค as some letterboxes have strong springs that can nip your fingers!

๐Ÿ“Where and when?

The task will start at 7pm from the Community Hospice Shop at 16 Bellegrove Parade, Welling DA16 2RE, What3Words:///fumes.flank.nature. From there we'll head into the nearby streets to cover as many houses as we can until 8pm. Please leave a comment below to say if you are going directly to the task.

For the group run we'll meet at 6.40pm at Welling cannon, next to Robinson Jackson Estate Agents, 146 Welling High Street DA16 3PA, What3Words: ///divide.stacks.highs. It's just 1k to the task starting point - ideal if you are new to running. Afterwards we'll run back together or your can go home directly if you prefer.

On our group runs we have a back marker and go at a pace to suit everyone, so no-one is left behind.
