Background to the task

A large, well-located Estate in the heart of Tower Hamlets, the Parkview estate has a committed TRA, including longstanding residents who enjoy supporting Tower Hamlets Homes in helping to maintain the Estate's gardens and the Glasshouse, the estate's much-loved community centre. The TRA also aim to help support the estate's residents.

The annual Plant Giveaway is a yearly event when residents are offered free plants for balconies and garden pots, hosted and led by the TRA.

2. Carrying buckets of compost for residents who need assistance to take compost and plants to their balconies.

3. Stocking the free plant table.

4. Miscellaneous gardening tasks on the estate, such as watering the pollinator patches.

  • Please bring your own gloves.
