We welcomed Charlotte on her very first GoodGym Mission this morning! Thank you so much for joining us on a bright and chilly morning.

The Junior ParkRun Team were really grateful for our help - we actually ended up with more volunteers than we could shake a stick at!

John, Vicki, Tracey, and Charlotte were on hand to ensure all the children stayed on course and didn't disappear out of the gates or in to to the play area mid-run, whilst Sinead was on Magic Roundabout duty and Deborah was in charge of the turning point cone. Alice and I led the warm-up, where we had another Halloween-themed set of exercises after the weather put off a lot of runners last week!

We all appreciated the honesty of the junior runners - slowing to a halt and declaring they couldn't be bothered. I'm sure we've all felt that on a run sometimes!
