mileXchange
mileXchange prints a newsletter with all the events happening in Mile Cross. It's a branch of MXPEG (Mile Cross Projects & Events Group) that frequently organise community events and look after community green spaces.

We’re visiting a new community garden site managed in Mile Cross, to continue to help clear and organise the area, following our visit towards the end of last year.

We'll meet at The Forum at 6pm and aim to arrive at the task at 6.30pm. For those who want to meet directly at the task - meet us at the end of Burges Road, NR3 2PG (what three words ///mirror.early.able).

Please bring your own gloves.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 4km and 4km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at The Forum, and The Forum and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages
