Exotic stone fruits are not what one expects to find growing in South East London, but two good gymers found themselves aside a a fruiting apricot tree at Springbank road community garden for this community mission. The garden is being judged for London in Bloom and Good gym was there to help them try to maintain their rating of outstanding. A hose had to be worked out, a path cleared and covered with woodchip, a log seating circle needed digging in and a couple of branches needed sawing off and up, in addition to general watering and weeding. Two hours later all the tasks were performed and the garden was ready for the judges.
