We help older people make most of later life through wellbeing and social activities. We provide variety of support programmes to help tackle loneliness and social isolation.

Location: Tarling East Community Centre, near Shadwell

Time: From 9–10am (set‑up shift)

Help LinkAge Plus in Tower Hamlets to transform a large hall into a warm, welcoming party space for a special social event supporting older members of the community! Many of the attendees would otherwise be spending the day alone, so your contribution here will really make a difference.

What we'll be doing: - Setting up tables and chairs in the main hall

  • Adding decorations to create an inviting atmosphere

  • Helping make this an enjoyable and memorable event for local older people

If you can spare a morning to support the centre and bring some joy to the community, we’d love to have you involved! Can you join us and lend a hand?
