1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Miss C is getting ready to move and need some help packing.
She does not believe in just throwing things out and so needed our help to separate items that she will be taking with her, what could be recycled and what could go to charity.
After an hour we had completed the room.
We ended with her passing on a message of thanks to Goodgym.
