Welcome to GoodGym Coventry!

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet regularly to get active and do a physical task to help the charities, community organisations and projects in our area.

Join us at Coventry Boys and Girls Club at 18:15 for a run or walk to the task (There is on street parking but you need to pay, alternatively if you struggle to find a space you can use the clubs car park. There is cycle parking a bit further down on the opposite side of the road. Toilet facilities available)

๐Ÿƒ Running distance

Approx 2.4km (1.2km there and back) with a break in between for the task

**For tonights session we would like to introduce an option for newbie runners. It is for complete beginners who are either new to running, maybe haven't done it in a while or for people who have an injury and want to take it a bit slower.

It will be really gentle and relaxed and will include short intervals of running and walking, these will be lead by Lil who is one of the qualified run leaders.

๐Ÿงค What to bring

Gloves and wear gear that you don't mind getting scruffy

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 2km and 3km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
