18:30 - 20:15We will be heading down to the Vicarage to do some gardening and possibly some lawn mowing. As it is a gardening task wear something you don't mind getting dirty.
If you've not been to GoodGym before, or you've not been able to get to a session in a while, we'd love to see you. All tools will be provided.
There is car parking, toilets and lockers at The Old Factory Gym. Please bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.
Please ensure you arrive promptly so we can leave at 6.30. If you can't make it let us know so we don't wait for you.
