If you prefer an evening workout to a morning one, join this session with Ade at the London Fields fitness centre. She'll push you hard so be prepared to get your heart rate up and really go for it. The session will last for approx 1 hr and is part of our training for the East London Half Marathon.

We're not planning to do anything too dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
