This week we'll be heading out with armfuls of letters to deliver to the homes along Old Bedford Road, informing them of the road closures information for the Love Luton Run Fest.

We'll meet first outside the Hat Factory on Bute Street for an intro and warm up. Then we'll work out our teams and head out to Old Bedford Road. We'll have a good long run down to Barnfield and return towards town or if walking is more your style you'll be starting in town and working your way out. The two groups will meet in the middle somewhere and we'll head back together.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 2km and 10km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
