Date and time
18:45 - 19:55This week we are meeting in Elthorne Park to spot burdock and work away at removing it from the park. We work with Ealing Park Rangers regularly to help maintain our lovely parks and this week is no different!
Meeting point is Trumpers Way Bridge at 6:45pm.
What do you need to take part?
It's essential that you bring a head torch for outdoor sessions - if you don't have one we have a few spares but please comment below!
Other than that you can come as you are but the following would really helpful for you to bring along too!
- Please bring your own gloves (the gardening kind) - we have spares but it saves me washing them!
- Hand sanitiser - always handy these days
- Layers - it gets pretty chilly now!
The run around the park during the task will be short and suitable for everyone. So if you’re new to running or a seasoned pro you’ll get a great workout!
If you don’t want to run please meet at 7:10pm instead at the same place.
Afterwards we normally find a nearby pub, come along a join us!
