A Rose amongst the thorns....

The charming ladies of Breathing Spaces welcomed us at the Maybridge centre today a new venue for us, John and i. The task was to remove a very prickly shrub, double gloves were needed!!!! The plants roots and stem we noticed were a vivid yellow colour. The ladies being a font of plant knowledge told us they were once used for medicinal tinctures. Very interesting!! The path was cleared to make access from the other side of the building directly from the carpark. Looking forward to working with Breathing Spaces next week. Ps thanks for the Posy of sweet peas.
