What a great morning at Thames Hospice care shop in Langley this morning.

It was a tad windy which meant that the emptied black bags kept blowing away but Clare did a great job of running after them!

In our hour of helping we sorted through 20 bags of donated clothes into colour season trends....whenever we do these tasks the one question you hear repeatedly is

What colour do you think this is?

Its actually harder than you think.

Great to have Pam and Janet help out too

Biggest bonus was that it was Manjit 900th good deed!

3 Goodgymers joined 9 Friends of The Millie/BBOWT volunteers to tackle the main job of the day: removing as much holly as possible to open up the foliage so the sun can shine through onto other plants and flora.

There was also some litter picking to be done, a fallen tree to be moved so it wasn't blocking the path and 2 abandoned bikes were removed from the stream.

A good mornings work all round.

I helped Martin and Shin sort out Xmas donation left from January, as they were getting space cleared out for Spring clean donations.

There was lots of fancy boots and SHOES that needed to be priced and displayed.
