I am the area activator for Kingston Upon Thames. Keen to keep moving and improving.
KCAH does great work with single people facing housing crisis in Kingston. Their aim is help each client find a stable home and enable them to start rebuilding their lives. They do this by offering a wide range of services which are free of charge to the service user.
To help support the good work they do, they have asked us to help sort their storage space. They have a cupboard full of clothing donations that needs sorting and they also have a cupboard full of paperwork that needs sorting or shredding. If we get a good crowd then we can also give their office a spring clean!
We will be meeting at the Quaker Centre for 6.30pm and will run 2.5km to the KCAH premises. The address is: St Peter's Church Hall, London Rd, Kingston upon Thames KT2 6QL. We will get there for approximately 7pm if you need to meet us there.
We will be doing a 2.5km run back after the task ends. We also have a walking group so please join in if you have an injury or don't want to run this evening. It's a great starter group!

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Rachel White by email at rachelwhite@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 5km.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
