Come along and walk/jog/run/volunteer/spectate at parkrun with other GoodGymmers. Whether it’s your first time or your 400th time (like Melanie) or 450th (like Darren) it’s a great way to start the weekend. This month we are going to visit Ashton Court parkrun:
https://www.parkrun.org.uk/ashtoncourt/course/
If you haven’t been to a parkrun before have a read of this blog and join the fun: https://blog.parkrun.com/uk/2021/07/14/everything-you-need-to-know-about-parkrun
(There is also a link to register for parkrun in the blog. You’ll have to bring your barcode on the day to get a time, it can be on your phone, though)
And then we can climb the hill again to get to the Community Mission at Leigh Woods Church for 2045-ish!
