We’ll be helping the Bull Theatre with some practical jobs around this historic local venue, including clearing, tidying and painting. Everything we need will be provided, so just come along in clothes you don’t mind getting a little dusty or paint-splashed!
The Bull Theatre is a local charity supporting young people and community arts. Its fascinating building has previously been a pub, a court and an arts centre, and performers including Amy Winehouse and Alexandra Burke have appeared there.
This is a great opportunity to support an important community venue and help preserve a real piece of Barnet history. No special skills are needed, and you’re welcome to help for as long as you can — even an hour or two will make a difference.
As a thank you, the theatre has kindly offered volunteers tickets to its Christmas pantomime, which could also make a fun GoodGym festive night out!
Please sign up and let us know if you’re happy to help with painting. 🎨
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym community mission. When we're doing a community mission we make our own way to the task, so you can choose to walk, run, or cycle. Thinking of cycling - check out our FAQs

Message from our Host Of course you can bring a dog. We can keep the car park gates closed so dog can run round. Lots of painting. So wipe walls down and paint in groups. And wear clothes that they don’t mind getting paint on. So really. appreciate this.
