A beautiful morning for stretching, sun salutations and relaxing. ๐ The 3 of us enjoyed the class and a coffee afterwards.
You can try attend Park Yoga any Sunday through the summer at 0930 at Queen Elizabeth Country Park and also at Staunton Country Park.
