Wow! Santa cetainly got busy this year, making sure 18 GoodGymers got a very Merry Fitmas!

Fantastic to have so many of you signing up, from so many different GG areas, for the Secret Santa Fitmas Challenge! I hope you all enjoyed your Fitmas gifts.

This was Claire's first GoodGym session, so a very special shout-out to her! Also a big shout-out to Lucy R who got the longest distance out of everyone (because Santa happens to know that she's aiming high). She smashed a 12 k run! Amazing work!

Florence got a FIVE-DAY-CHALLENGE, with a round of exercises increasing every day for five days. She did them all in style next to her Christmas tree. Lovely work!

Clo is currently taking part in a virtual race with some other Bristol-based GoodGymers, taking Comet to Santa (145 miles), so her Fitmas challenge of running 5 k fitted in well with this. Loved her Christmassy running outfit too!

Another runner who pulled of a very nice look was Rachael from GG Barnsley. Those glasses are just the best! Also lovely to have Clàudia joining us all the way from Barcelona.

Apart from that there was a lot of Sally Squats, Roxanne Burpees and a lot of lovely little mini-good-deeds delivered. From litter-picks to making friendly phone calls- all these things spread so many postive vibes in our local communities. This is just what GoodGym and Christmas is all about!

Have a very lovely festive season everyone.... and remember that minced pies are perfect running fuel... yum!
