In his earlier years, Mr T was a flautist in a (military) band, and so much of today's mission was spent discussing the virtues (and challenges) of various musical instruments and famous flautists of times past. It will never cease to amaze me the directions the pre and post shop chats with Mr T will take us, and to his credit, Mr T's remarkable memory to recall events and individuals from over 50 years ago.

Thankfully no management feedback today from last week's shopping adventure, and so it proved a quick and trouble free visit to the now very familiar aisles of his busy Lidl downstairs to get him his treasure for the week.
